MANAGEMENT TEAM

iCeutica has assembled an experienced Board, Scientific Advisory Board and Executive Management Team.
 
The Executive team is led by CEO Matt Callahan, and includes Dr Bill Bosch (CSO), Dr Adrian Russell (Development Manager) and Ms Lisa Gray (EVP of Corporate Development). Matt is an experienced entrepreneur and co-founder of three venture capital backed companies. Bill has extensive experience in product focused R&D through senior management roles with NanoCrystal™ pioneer Elan Corporation. Adrian brings extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to the team, with a background with GSK in Asia.  Lisa has significant transactional and financing experience, and is also a Managing Partner at Phoenix IP Ventures.
 
The board’s Chairman is Osagie Imasogie, Senior Managing Partner, Phoenix IP Ventures and former Founder, President and CEO of Ception Therapeutics and Trigenesis Therapeutics and founder and VP of GSK Ventures. Non-Executive Directors include Mr Lou Vollmer, a co-founder and former EVP of Endo Pharmaceuticals who brings significant experience in strategic product positioning, Mr Robert Bramsom, a partner of Bramson & Pressman, a law firm specializing in value identification, strategization, execution and brokerage services for licensing and selling patents and technologies, and Dr James Williams, a co-founder of the Company and CEO of Dimerix Biosciences.
 
The Scientific Advisory Board comprises Dr Trevor Payne (co-inventor and 30 years industry experienced medicinal chemist with Novartis), Dr Eugene Cooper (a co-inventor of Elan Pharmaceutical’s NanoCrystal nano-technology for reformulations), Prof Frank Caruso (nanomaterials specialist and Federation Fellow) and Dr Dennis Langer, Managing Partner, Phoenix IP Ventures and former Senior Vice President, and Member of the R&D Executive Committee, GlaxoSmithKline, who has extensive experience in clinical development, regulatory affairs and commercialization.
